Ordering a custom leather jacket can feel daunting — especially when you want it to fit perfectly. At KN Outfits, we’ve spent over 10 years perfecting a process that takes the guesswork out of bespoke leather. Here’s exactly how it works, from the moment you visit our site to the day your jacket arrives at your door.

Why We Don’t Use a Size Chart

Most leather jacket brands will ask you to pick S, M, L or XL. We don’t do that.

Why? Because no two bodies are the same. A size Large on one person fits completely differently on another. At KN Outfits, every jacket is crafted from 100% genuine cowhide leather to your exact body measurements — the same way a Savile Row tailor would make a suit for you. This is true bespoke, not just personalised branding on a standard cut.

Step by Step — How to Order

Step 1 — Browse & Choose Your Jacket

Step 2 — Follow Our Measurement Guide

Once you’re ready to order, we’ll send you our “How to Measure & Place Your Order” page. This is your complete guide to everything we need. Read it carefully — accurate measurements are the foundation of a perfect fit.

Step 3 — Submit Your Measurements

You’ll need to provide us with the following exact body measurements:

Shoulders
Chest
Waist
Tummy
Sleeve length

Along with your measurements, we’ll ask you to send a full-length photo of yourself. Don’t worry about privacy — simply hide your face in the photo. This helps our master craftsmen visually assess your body proportions and suggest the most flattering specifications for your build.

Step 4 — Our Master Craftsman Reviews Your Order

This is where KN Outfits truly sets itself apart. Your measurements and photo are reviewed by our Brand Manager, passed to our Sales Manager, and then assessed by our master leather craftsman in Karachi. He will analyse your body proportions and suggest precise jacket specifications tailored specifically to you.

This isn’t automated. A real expert looks at your details and applies over a decade of leather crafting knowledge to get it right.

Step 5 — You Confirm the Specifications

We forward the craftsman’s recommended specifications to you for review. You can ask questions, request adjustments, and confirm every detail before a single piece of leather is cut. Nothing goes into production without your full sign-off.

Step 6 — We Craft Your Jacket

Once you confirm, our craftsmen get to work. Using 100% genuine cowhide leather, your jacket is handcrafted in our USA factory over 3 days. Every stitch, zip, and seam is executed to the specifications you approved.

Step 7 — Your Jacket is Delivered to Your Door

Once complete, your jacket is dispatched and delivered:

UK: 2 days
USA: 3 days
Europe: 4 days

From the moment you confirm your specifications to the day it lands at your door, the entire process takes as little as 7 days — remarkably fast for a fully custom piece.

What If Something Doesn’t Fit?

We stand behind our craftsmanship completely. If there is any error on our part in the measurements or specifications we recommended, we will produce and deliver a brand new jacket to you at no cost. Simply return the original to our nearest office in the UK or USA.

However, please ensure your measurements are accurate when you submit them. Because each jacket is made entirely to your provided specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements where the customer has submitted incorrect measurements. This is standard practice for any bespoke tailoring service — accuracy in, perfection out.
