3.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order with KN Outfits — whether through our website, by email, or via WhatsApp — you are making an offer to purchase goods from us subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation sent to your email address acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract between you and KN Outfits is formed only when we send you a production confirmation confirming that your order is being processed and payment has been received.
3.3 Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:
- A product is out of stock or unavailable
- There is an error in the pricing or product description on our website
- We are unable to verify your payment or personal details
- We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent or made in bad faith
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days.
3.4 Bespoke & Custom Orders
For bespoke and made-to-measure orders, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements and style specifications. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
3.5 Order Amendments
Any request to amend an order — including changes to measurements, style, or colour — must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and before production begins. We cannot guarantee that amendments requested after this period will be accommodated.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in the currency stated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you submit your order.
4.2 Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged upon delivery in their country. KN Outfits is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your local customs authority.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and any other methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

5. Production & Delivery
5.1 Production Times
Bespoke and custom jackets typically take 10 to 21 working days to produce, depending on complexity, current order volume, and the specific details of your order. Production times are estimates and not guarantees. Rush production may be available upon request — please contact us before placing your order.
5.2 Dispatch & Shipping
Once your jacket has been completed and quality-checked, it will be dispatched using a tracked and insured courier service. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details.
5.3 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2 to 5 working days
- Europe: 5 to 10 working days
- USA & Canada: 7 to 14 working days
- Rest of the World: 10 to 21 working days
These are estimates only. KN Outfits is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
5.4 Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. KN Outfits cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Redelivery costs in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer.
5.5 Risk & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and confirmed.
5.6 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

6.1 Materials
All KN Outfits jackets are crafted from genuine cowhide leather unless otherwise stated. Natural leather is a product of nature and will carry its own unique grain, texture, and minor variations. These are not defects — they are characteristics of authentic leather and contribute to the individuality of your jacket.
6.2 Colour Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colours accurately on our website. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, monitor calibration, and display device. Minor colour variations between what you see on screen and the finished product are not considered defects.
6.3 Sizing & Fit
For bespoke orders, the fit of your jacket is determined by the measurements you provide. For ready-to-wear items, size guides are provided on each product page. We recommend consulting the size guide carefully before ordering. KN Outfits cannot accept returns based on fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
6.4 Care Instructions
Genuine leather requires proper care to maintain its quality and longevity. Care instructions are provided with every jacket. Damage caused by improper care, exposure to harsh conditions, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered by our warranty or returns policy.
