Ordering & Customization
You can place an order directly through our website, via email at support@knoutfits.com, or through WhatsApp at +44 7497 086943. Your order is officially accepted once we send you a production confirmation.
Yes, but you must act fast. Any amendments regarding measurements, style, or color must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before production begins.
A custom order is any jacket made specifically for you using your personal body measurements, chosen leather type, specific hardware, or personalized details like embroidery and custom linings.
Shipping & Delivery
- Production: Bespoke jackets typically take 2-5 working days to craft.
- Shipping: Once dispatched, delivery times vary by region:
- UK & Europe: 2–5 working days
- USA & Canada: 5-7working days
- Rest of World: 10–15 working days
International customers (Mainly from Pakistan & South Korea, North Korea) are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by their country’s authorities upon delivery. These costs are outside of KN Outfits’ control.
Once your jacket passes our quality check and is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracked and insured courier details or you can track your order through website tracking page as well
Returns & Refunds
Because bespoke jackets are handcrafted to your unique measurements and specifications, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
We stand by our craftsmanship. If your jacket arrives with a defect (e.g., faulty stitching, broken hardware, or damaged leather), we will repair, replace, or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Yes. Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, have original tags, and you have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us.
As custom jackets are made to the exact figures provided, we cannot accept returns for fit issues caused by customer measurement errors. We strongly suggest following our measurement guide carefully before submitting your order.
Quality & Warranty
All KN Outfits jackets are crafted from premium genuine cowhide leather unless otherwise specified. As a natural product, minor variations in grain and texture are a mark of authenticity.
Our warranty covers structural faults, including:
- Stitching failures or seam separation.
- Hardware defects (broken zips or buckles).
- Structural faults in leather panel construction.
- Note: It does not cover natural aging, misuse, or improper care.
Payment & Security
We accept all major credit/debit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, LinkPay, Paypal, and other secure methods displayed at checkout.
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors to ensure your financial data is never stored on our systems and remains completely secure.
